1. Nature of KoloSquare
KoloSquare is a technology-enabled ethical savings and cooperative
finance platform. KoloSquare is not a bank. All customer funds are
held and processed through licensed partner financial institutions.
2. Eligibility
To use KoloSquare, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Complete identity verification where required.
3. Group Savings Rules
KoloSquare enables groups to save collectively.
Users acknowledge:
- Group withdrawals require multi-party approvals.
- Contributions are voluntary.
- Group administrators must act transparently.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Use the platform for fraud or laundering.
- Fund prohibited or haram industries.
- Misrepresent identity.
- Abuse group governance.
5. Limitations of Liability
KoloSquare is not liable for:
- Losses caused by group disputes.
- Investment risks voluntarily undertaken.
- Service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts for:
- Fraud suspicion.
- Regulatory breaches.
- Violations of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
